Is it just the leaves that are burnt or the whole plant? You can check by scraping a small portion of the bark off a stem with your fingernail. It it's green underneath, the plant is still alive.
Give your plant a good watering, make sure the soil really gets wet. You'll then want to trim off the scorched leaves that the plant is expending energy on. Mulch around the plant will also help. Make sure to give your hydrangea some shade to protect it in the future
