Heavy Duty Easy Off. Wear protection.
The green bottle called "The Works" for lime & scale removal works good & doesn't require a lot of scrubbing. Spray on & let it set for a little bit. Rub with tub brush & rinse. Repeat if needed but this should get rid of it for you.
You can also try CLR. I wish you luck!

Easy Off No Fume Oven Cleaner in the BLUE can. Spray it on and let it liquefy. May need some scrubbing. Wear rubber gloves. Rinse well.
CLR calcium lime rust remover, from walmart, also you can buy a brush and attach to a drill to scrub
I use a pumice stick , you can find them on amazon , they work great makes porcelain and ceramic look like new without the use of hazardous chemicals
Make a paste of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda, smear it on, let it sit for 30 minutes or so. Repeat if necessary. That worked for me when not even outdoor Clorax made a dent. It works every time! Stop scrubbing. :)
Try bleach
CLR which is available almost anywhere-don't forget to wear latex gloves-it is a chemical cleaner.
Lay ols cloths soaked in Calcium remover on top of the stains for 24 hours before checking if they have been loosened. then clean with a non scratch scruber shilst wearing rubber gloves. Repeat as required. Finally. Thoroughly rinse using washing up liquid in the water and scrub around. then fresh clean water.
Easy off Oven Cleaner in a blue can, spray it on and let it set for a few minutes until a gel like substance forms. With gloves on, clean it off, you may need to scrub some, rinse well.
