Easy Off Oven Cleaner in the BLUE can. Spray it on, let it foam and sit for a while. Rinse away.
Perhaps you can try a few of these ideas - http://verymom.com/2014/01/26/my-fiberglass-bathtub-is-gleaming-again-heres-how/ - My first thought was the magic eraser and she includes this in her article. Good Luck
Spray it with hydrogen peroxide.
C.L.R. now has a bathroom cleaner and. It comes in a spray in yellow bottle. About 4 dollars. Home depot.
Use a mild alkaline and water solution (try baking soda first, then TSP if that doesn't work). Make a paste and use a soft cloth and rub in circles until the stains start to fade. You can get TSP (tri-sodium phosphate) at the home stores like Home Depot or Lowes.
Try Ajax powder. It's basically diatoms, and you'll be surprised how quickly it can remove a stain from fiberglass.
I have tried all of the above methods plus many more, to no avail, over the last six months. My bathroom is only two years old, and the essential oil stains were horrid.
I have finally (this weekend) found a product at Maryborough Markets that actually works. I have taken before photos and am thrilled to say the two worst have gone. I now have to finish the rest of the bath as I've been quite ill and the essential oils in epsom salts gave me relief.
Its called Amaze, and the owner can be located at amazeproducts@hotmail.com. I dont know the owner, I'm just incredibly grateful that it works.
I haven't even looked at their website yet, but I'm going to now and I'll write a review.

Barkeeper Friend or WD -40!
Blue can of Easy Off oven cleaner will take this up and is safe to use on fiberglass. Rinse well when done.
Try making a paste with vinegar and baking soda. Apple to the stains and scrub gently.
