It's a new door so don't want to replace. Its exposed to sun and wind so not sure what wreath would work.
Hi Linda, sounds like your door may need to adjusted! Here's a link that should help with that: http://www.howjunction.com/problem-doors---analysing-what-is-wrong.html
Once your door is square, make sure the seal around the door is in good shape. If not, replace it with door seal. If you have a large gap at the bottom of the door, then you need a door sweep.

Good luck!
This winter was exceptionally cold in Maine. We have a double layer red velvet curtain hanging at our front door but it does not reach the floor. Because it was so very cold this winter I took a body pillow we had in the attic and wrapped a red curtain around it, making a really big draft dodger. WE have real leakage also at our back door, this mostly down the closing side of the door. We put one metal coat hook on the door frame over the opening and another on the door frame near the doors lock. From these two hooks we hang long and short down coats to cut down on the drafts.
If the door has air space around it and you can see light on the other side it sounds like you need to add weather stripping around the non movable part of the door, put it around the frame.
If under the door, they make or if you are handy, you could custom fit a fabric covered air draft stopper, also a door sweep could help you.
Weather stripping around the outside of door and threshhold.

Weatherstripping - I like the kind with the metal strip and rubber gasket, caulk between the outside frame and building siding. If the wall is cold, it could be they didn't insulate the bit between the stud and door frame - remove inside trim and add fiberglass insulation strips or door caulk to fill up the cavity.

Lastly a storm door can also greatly reduce cold from bad weather.
