Patience! Just keep putting a few ice cubes in the base every week. Do not overwater. I have four that are reblooming right now. The wait is worth it!
Are you feeding them?
Mine was not blooming either until I moved it to a warmer place for the winter. It's blooming beautifully now, but I'm afraid to move it back to the original place where it would be appreciated more.
I don't know how the ice cube thing got started -- maybe because people thought orchids were so hard to grow and this would convince people to buy-- but I'm sorry Sjordal2, it is so wrong. Orchids should be watered deeply once a week so that all the medium their roots are in can be wet. Orchids' roots are, in nature, attached to trees and are exposed to constant moisture. Spritzing daily with water is also recommended. Just don't let their roots sit in water. They will rot. So, if you haven't been watering enough, they won't bloom. Also fertilize. This site may help:

Do you feed them? The volcanic soil has very little nutrients in it.
If you have a covered patio or porch put them out doors for the summer and feed them at least every two weeks. Then after the nights have turned cold, maybe 45F to 50F for a few weeks in the fall (they need the cold to bloom) bring them in and put them somewhere warm with lots of light but not sun. Make sure not to get water in the crown of the plant. If you do then take a paper towel an blot it out.
