Dish machine will clean them
Dawn water soak. If you don't want to take them in, make a spray bottle with some in it and give them a good spritz once a week.
You didn't say if the flowers are made of polyester or what so this is what I do for my polyester flowers and vines I pour about a 1/4 cup of Morton salt ( regular table salt) into a brown paper bag, dump in the flowers and close the top and shake the devil out of it for about 4 or 5 minutes. They come out clean but some still have salt so just shake it off.
I have a friend that uses Pledge furniture polish and wipes each flower petal and leaves clean with a small saturated with the polish. She likes that method but I don't have to time to use that method. She says also that Windex works by just spraying them with Windex and wipe off with a soft clean cloth. Try them all to find out which one does the best for you.
