Try gorilla tape, it holds really well through any temperatures.-

Gorilla tape will do the job. We have a tarp that covers a screen room on our deck and had a slight tare. Gorilla tape was used to repair. It's still holding. That was last year. We take it off for winter and store in the shed.-
