I have white kitchen cabinets with vintage front mounted hardware. I am having a difficult time locating the front mounted hardware. Any suggestions to help me update the look?

If you are having a hard time removing the hardware, you can give it a new look with some paint!

I already did that, but it still looks old and not in a good way

I am not sure what you mean by front mounted hardware being in AU, but we have just finished renovating our kitchen, bathroom and laundry. We had our handles from Ikea they are to me pewter look with ceramic, or there were others which were dark like old fashioned office cabinet pulls - I've put the link to ikea search page

or you could check in eBay where you could buy a heap of handles/knobs in bulk or go for crystal look.

Hobby Lobby has great vintage looking hardware. Make sure you buy it on a 50% off week. Always on sale. They have glass in pretty colors or clear and I got these white shabby ones.

If anyone will have what you need, it would probably be knobs.com.
