Try using baby oil
use a cleaner just for stainless & rub in the direction of the steel
Or cover with cute bird and branch removal glass pieces you can buy at Walmart in the paint section. I did this to cover a few dents and everyone loves how it looks!
There is a stainless steel spray that works fabulous if they don't sell in stores ask a restaurant to order you a can .You won't find anything that works like this makes it look like new.
Use Bon-Ami to polish SS.
Try toothpaste.
Rejuvenate stainless steel scratch eraser kit. Someone I love who can’t see very well used a sharp tool to remove baked on grease from my stainless steel stove. I used this kit and followed the instructions carefully. It essentially buffs out the scratches and recuts the lines in the direction that they should run. It comes out beautifully! I suggest practicing on a smaller, less visible scratch first.

Use a non-abrasive cleaner like Bon Ami, Comet, Bar Keeper's Friend to buff out the scratches. These cleaners come in cream and powder forms, so if you select the powder, you'll need to make a paste of it with water. Rub with a moistened cloth or a sponge it in the direction of the grain, do this and check occasionally to see if the scratches are gone, if not keep on going until the scratches are gone. If you find you need a little bit of abrasiveness, a whitening toothpaste will do, again go with the grain and use a soft toothbrush. Wipe away the toothpaste with a wet rag , looking to see if the scratches are gone. If so, then out on some oil or a polish, then condition the appliance where you did the work.
The market is flooded with commercial stainless steel scratch removers. Alternatively, you can use a few drops of water and a powder such as baking soda, non-gel toothpaste, Bar Keepers Friend, or Bon Ami to create a mildly abrasive paste.
