Did you try bleach?
Dilute laundry detergent with water to create the solution you desire, a good starting point is 1 ounce of liquid laundry detergent, 1 ounce of distilled white vinegar, and 10 ounces of water. Test a hidden area for colorfastness. Apply the solution to the stain. Tap with a brush. Let product rest on stain for 5-10 minute to penetrate. Rinse area with fresh water.
If all else fails, Rit Dye makes a color remover. Follow directions on the package. I also hang clothes, especially whites in the sun, which helps.
Try a 10% bleach solution on the protective pad. On the bed, dab on the solution slowly, do not saturate.
I have been using FOLEX carpet cleaner found at Lowe's to get the tough stains out of my clothes. I just got rasperies stains out of a white shirt!!! I haven't had any problem with any of my fabrics and have been using it over a yeat now. Just spray a little on and watch it start disappearing before your eyes. Then gently massage out. Rinse well and wash as usual. If using on the mattress, I would spray lightly on a cloth and dab the area, then dab with a cloth dampened with plain water till satisfied. Then blow dry with a hair dryer.
