How do I get rid of stubborn hard water haze on glassware?
Does anyone know how to clean cloudy wine glasses? I've tried vinegar and nail polish remover (as rec. on another site) without success! TIA for any suggestions.

is the glass scratched? or etched as some times referred to? that can also make the glass hazy.
SOAK THEM IN THE SINK WITH CLR OR LIME A-WAY. STOP USING A DISHWASHER FOR YOUR GLASSES. OUR WATER IS VERY HARD AND WAS CAUSING A HAZE WHEN WE PUT OUR GLASSWARE IN THE DISHWASHER.
soak in sink with rinse aid.wash and dry right away.if its etched by dishwasher could be to late.
Probably the glass is etched. Sorry.
Thank you very much for the info! I'll give it a try!
