Not sure how close you live to a Kirklands or pier one I would start there for lamps and accessories. As far as bedding go to Bed bath and beyond if they don't have your item in store you can order online usually with free shipping. Also Marshalls, T J Maxx and Home goods carry a decent selection of beach inspired items. Have fun.
what stores are near you.....its a little difficult to answer the question when not all stores that are around others are by your location

We just did my daughter's room in a mermaid theme and made most of her decor ourselves. I did some string art in different beach themes, I found a cheap little end table and spray painted it to match, we cut out a large mermaid from some thin brown board to hang on her wall and made an adorable beach themed sign to hang on her wall. Our house is decorated with a beach theme and most of our decor I have made But my favorite store to shop at is by far, At Home. They aren't all over the place though, so you'd have to look if one is near you.
We live a 5 minute walk from our neighborhood beach and so we sort of have sea influences throughout our house. I decoupaged this lampshade also a small stand. I made a hanging board for my granddaughter with her name spelled out in shells. In the attic we also have a mirror trimmed in sea glass. And don't forget pictures of the sea. Another great accessory is driftwood. My granddaughters college Boyfriend made her a lamp from this.
There is so much at my Home Goods store and also Big Lots--do you have any near you. I imagine you could order online.
I had one in our old house and painted the walls with beachy colours. Three walls were light blue and one a very soft yellow. I decorated with some ceramic art tiles with stands of rowboats at docks and a lighthouse as well as some large shells I already had and some coral I purchased. My dear cousin added to the theme with three pictures in black and white of beach scene photographs from Ikea. I also had a white daybed (Ikea) which I made cushions and bolsters for the ends out of pastel, summery fabric colours that gave that feeling of being near the water and relaxing. My accessories came from various places including a gift shop, fabric stores. Don't forget to shop your own house for things you might have already that you may not realize suit your theme.
