Rustoleum makes a tub and tile paint specific for that purpose.
Check with your paint store. They have paint to do everything.
There is a paint called "Tougher Than Tile" that is highly recommended for tubs. I have not used it but have seen pictures on Hometalk.
Paint it.
I have used all the products above and they do all work, but Tougher than Tile almost cost me my lungs-so definitely take the mask thing very seriously that they recommend to use. The other product that I loved and will always use from now on, is made by Daischcoatings.com. Many more color choices and no toxic odors and quick and easy. So not a lot of down time for the tub if you need it.
