The brown paper bags torn up...they do look cool...but I’m not sure that tile is a good base. tile has dips where the grout is, and some tiles have a texture on them. I would audition them...tear up a paper bag, soak it in water...put them on a good sized tiled section, let them dry. No glue just yet. Look them over again when dry...meh or oh wow! ?
