I have a home built in 2006, the main panel does not seem to have a main breaker...? See attached pic of the main panel. It's a Siemens G3040 200 amp panel. Outs... See more
It possibly could but sometimes we just have to buy the more expensive bulbs that last longer.
how old is the fixture....check all wires for any signs of fraying.for your safety I would consider changing it out yesterday
The more often the light is turned on and off the shorter the life, and be sure the bulb(s) aren’t higher voltage than the socket is recommended to hold...although the new LED’s are supposed to be better for that, or maybe it’s because you can leave then on longer and not use as much electricity.
We had water damage causing this. Watch for leak stains.
check the fixture for wattage specs might be using too high a bulb
Bulbs are overtightened in the fixture causing a poor connection. Time for a new fixture.
Vibration in the fixture can cause bulbs to burn out quicker.
Bulbs are getting to hot or heat is not dissipated fast enough.
Fixture or wiring poorly installed. Loose wiring can cause fluctuating or loss of voltage to the bulbs.
Yes. Check the wiring to ensure it's installed properly. Spikes in voltage can blow light bulbs.
You may have the wrong watt bulb in it
Maybe need to change the light socket
Could be a loose connection. That will burn a bulb out, does it ever flicker?
