I know this may be a bit late, but I saw instructions at allrecipies.com in the Easter treats section. All you do is cut a small section out of the top of the twinkie & then use dabs of frosting to hold everything else together. Mini oreos, or nutter butters for the wheels or gummie lifesavors, whatever you want! So CUTE & fun for the kids (& me, too)!
