if you are referring to your shrubs etc, wait and see the damage before you start pruning. chances are most will recover on there own
most of the plants will get a bit of frost bite, if they are not in a protected area. if its the same storm that hit my area the snow is now mostly gone from the roads, the exception is the wind blown drifts. .just drove back from my last client nearly all roads open.
