Apply a lot of concentrated lemon juice directly on the stain, put a LOT of table salt on top of wet lemon juice and put in direct sunlight (outside) to dry. Repeat several times if necessary. This really works great!

I have used this product with success
Hi Lynette. I have used WD40.
Make a paste with white vinegar and baking soda, or lemon juice and cream of tartar
Old School methods use lemon juice and salt on the stain and expose to sunlight to bleach. then rinse. Valuable antique fabric should have a conservator. Oxyclean works and sometimes Hydrogen peroxide. Go for natural and work up to more destructive methods.
