Vinegar and baking soda are my go to.
Hi Sue, I make a solution of vinegar and orange peels. I peel 2 oranges and put them in a clean jar (from spaghetti sauce) I pour enough vinegar to cover all the peels. Try to get the white membrane off. Refrigerate the vinegar for at least 2 weeks. More time would be better. After the time is up, remove the orange peels and pour the vinegar into a spritz bottle. To clean your oven, first try to scrape off as much food crumbs as you can. Then sprinkle baking soda on the entire floor of the oven. And then spritz your orange vinegar on top and let that set for at least a half hour. Wipe everything up with a damp clean cloth. I hope this helps you. Good luck.
