We love your deck

We built a deck a little smaller than yours...
but the beautiful shade trees dropped berries that the cleaner couldn’t pick up so we took down the pool. Wondering what else we can use the deck for? It’s been sitting and starting to deteriorate.

Goldenranch, you might want to trim some branches before the next project. You certainly need to reinforce and repair any damage. The deck could be used for sunbathing, grilling, or, my favorite, a raised garden for vegetables and flowers. I can’t walk on uneven ground or use steps, so being able to walk out to an above ground area with no weeds or rocks would be heavenly. With only a 2x4” ledge all around, I could use my walker and move some of the plants around. A tarp or two with screwed in tied downs would also help protect my plant from our vicious Texas storms.
