What have you got to work with? What about a tension rod with a curtain? Can easily be done with curtain clips and any pretty fabric. I always sew (or velcro) a channel at the bottom and insert a length of pvc pipe so it does not flap around or billow in the breeze.
Maybe lattice connected with a hinge?
