I dont have a Cricut, so I will print up the lettering on computer paper and trace transfer using carbon paper -Followed by hand painting each letter. There may be an easier way but this works for me.
Hi Sheila! There are so many places to buy stencils, pat catans, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Anne Sloan has her own ! Cutting edge stencils! Custom cut stencils ! Look online at some of theshe places! Also michaels craft store! good luck!
I've purchased many stencils for reasonable prices online and at Walmart. Lettering stencils are available at any craft store, as well.
A Cricut is a computer programmable, cutting machine. They are designed especially for crafters. You can buy them directly from Cricut. They are really cool. My best suggestion is to find a friend who has one. Offer to do her chores while she cuts your stencils! 🤣

Since you want a sign; you can buy stencils of letters. Just use the ones you need for your sign. Sometimes you can also buy individual wooden letters for not too much.
perfect! You can also get rubber stencils from pat catans if you would lie to try glass etching! it’s fun!
A friend of mine made her own stencils using the bendable plastic cutting mats (from the dollar store), and a carpet cutter / xacto knife. Here are some sites on how to make your own without expensive equipment!
