Paint it; feed wooden lathe into weave; use metal colored lathe, made for this purpose.
You could mount trellis to it or pallet wood horizontally.
If you have enough space, maybe plant a hedge in front of it to hide it. I've also seen them repainted & they looked like new fencing again.
Plant bushes along it.
Plant wisteria
Plant shrubs, perennials and incorporate garden features. In other words, hide it behind a garden
If you want to change the color so that it is less noticeable, then spray paint it. Depending on the type of fencing, that is the paint type you purchase. Rent a sprayer if you have to as it is a big job.
Roll out wooden fencing
The easiest is to paint it a dark color like dark forest green, brown or black, which will help blend it in. The next would be to plant vines at the base and let them weave into the chains. But this would make trimming very difficult.
