Can you use chalk paint for interior trim and doors?
no.....eaterior and interior paints have different formulas
I see no reason why you can't. I am not sure I would want my ceilings to have a glossy finish but it would make it easy to wash!
Outdoor paint is a stronger formulation. Ceilings are not usually shiny. You might get by mixing it with a true ceiling paint to end up with a eggshell finish.
I like to break the rules in home decor/design, but using a shiny exterior paint (unless it's a kitchen or bath) may cause more problems than it is worth.
Ceilings are quite an effort to paint and having a uneven streaky shine might be difficult to deal with and an effort to correct now and in the future.
Exterior paint won’t cure indoors is my understanding
High gloss paint causes you to be able to see every flaw or uneven area in the ceiling. So unless you’ve got an extremely rare perfectly smooth ceiling, you’re better off using a flat finish paint.
While people do this, my vote is an astounding NO. Exterior paint is formulated differently and not intended for interior use. It can "off gas" for years which can be detrimental to humans and animals - especially bad for children, elderly, people with respiratory issues or compromised immune system and your pets which can't speak - birds are particularly susceptible.
There are arguments on both sides of the table. Here are some sites:

In some states it specifically states "for exterior use only" on the can itself.
Choice is yours, just be aware of potential risks.
Yes, you can do it but exterior paint is formulated differently and not meant to be used inside.
