Why not spray paint it with a rust-stopper like Rustoleum... and go for a shabby-chic look with those vines and twinkle lights??? Dynamite! :-)
Hello! There are many size garden arches as well as many different styles. You can Google how to make a garden Arch and you’d be surprised at how many varieties appear for you to click on. There are also many tutorials and videos on YouTube. Just go there and select the type and size that you want to suit your needs. Good luck!

How about copper piping? You can use a combination of straight and flexible and with no maintenance it will form a lovely greenish patina over time.
