you could try some rubbing alcohol but test in a non-visible area first (like in a closet or behind furniture)
Depending on the color. Yes. you can try peroxide in an inconspicuous area, and see if that works. :)

Hi Sandra. Try spraying WD40 on it and letting it sit. I was able to get ink out of mine but it did take a few tries.

I would try rubbing alchol, that gets out ink.
I used rubbing alcohol to take permeant marker out of a fleece shirt. It worked on that.

Redcatcec and Lisa S. have it. Alcohol is the solvent for ink. And it will not melt or fade your carpet. Be sure to blot it quickly so the ink doesn't spread.
Try hairspray and blot with a clean cloth.
