It could be more than the processor or memory can handle, or it could be in the settings. If you can, stop by the phone store (Verizon, Sprint or whoever you have), and see if you might need some setting changed. It is hard to diagnose something like that because all the different phone brands have differences in how you do things. My hubby swears by Samsung, I like LG (my phones last until the updates kill it, usually at least 4 years), hubby can't figure out a thing with my phone and vice versa. I hesitate to suggest anything out of fear of screwing up your phone. Sorry!
