How do you correctly replace shelves and drawers in fridge?

A friend purchased a new Sears Kenmore side by side Fridge. I pulled out the shelves and drawers to wash them for her and now no matter what way I put them back they just don't fit right.

Remember you had to l"lift" the shelves to remove the, you need to put them back while tilting them upwards to get them into the brackets, check youtube, type in the brand and model of fridge
Consult the owners manual, or look it up on line. Make sure you have model info. Generally on inside of fridge.

Yes, I tried that. And I even looked up some videos on U-Tube and no luck. I have tried to move the shelves and drawers around and they just do not fit right. I can't for the life of me figure it out. I have tried and tried and I am very frustrated with the whole thing. So, I thought I'd ask on social media and see if anyone had any suggestions for me.
