You don't, throw them away or use them in a craft project.

No picture? But generally to remove spots of rust, I use Brillo pads, then oil pans when dry. Line the pan with parchment paper next time you bake.
Brillo and elbow grease, the dark grey coated pans seem more resistant imho.
Steel wool and dish soap would work well. Brillo pads would be another good choice. And scrub, scrub, scrub.
Are you sure it is rust? CLR will help lift some of it.
