you should not use bleach on wood floors
If they are finished, I would say no, it will destroy the finish. I would use Murphy's Oil Soap. I am a fan of bleach for many applications, but it is too harsh for something like porous wood.
Hey Marsha, I would first use vinegar instead, it works great to clean my hardwood floors in a 50/50 mix of vinegar and water!
