Try calling your local churches. Ask them if they know of any missionaries in foreign and impoverished countries.
Homeless person, mission or shelter.
Some of the bags made today have cornstarch as a component. Supposed to help break down the plastic quicker...leaving it weaker.
How about contacting the Red Cross? Many churches have missionaries in poor countries, I bet they might be able to help.
