Are you asking how to make shopping bags from plastic bags? There are several ways. If you google PLARN you can find lots of ways to make yarn from bags and then crochet or knit it into bags. You can also iron layers of plastic bag together and make durable sheets that can be sewn together.
I'm not sure what your question is.
if your thinking about chrocette and using the bags as a yarn..my area has a mix of plastic and corn powder, it’s so the plastic will disntergrate. Not so good as a yarn.
A better idea would be making reusable shopping bags out of old pillow cases (or thrift store ones)... the fabric would hold up much longer
