Peroxide
Hydrogenperoxide might take out the stains, but it is best when used on non-dried blood If that doesn't take it out you could try using bleach. If you live in an area where there is grass and sunshine wet the shirt with water aqnd lay it out in the sun. It sometimes makes dirty dishcloths white again and could work on your stains.

Peroxide.
FOLEX carpet spot remover; will take blood stains off almost everything. I used it on clothing, sheets, towels, floors. Hard surfaces, as well. Spray, blot; repeat if necessary. Great stuff!

Give it a soak in cold water with an enzyme cleaner, like oxyclean for laundry. If you have the liquid, let it soak for a few with just the oxy one it, then soak it in cold water. Warm or hot water will set the stain.
