Try contact cement. Comes in a small bottle. Bought mine at Walmart in hardware section where glue is sold.

E6000.
E6000 is what I used to glue a metal flower branch to a mirror. Worked like a charm.
I always use E6000 but find that it eventually yellows when outside.
E6000 glue
E6000 will not hold up well with humidity. I suggest mirror glue. You can find it at Lowes
If you want something other than E6000, use Tile adhesive or Silicone.
