Get deer spray. Spray at least once per week and anytime it rains. Plant marigolds around or throughout your beds to deter the critters. Or grow highly scented/pungent herbal plants...wintergreen,peppermint.

People install fences to separate the vegetation they want from wildlife not because they have lots of money and time, love fences, or are not smart. They do it because a fence, sometimes with the addition of overhead screening, is the only sure way to keep your harvest safe.
There is a big industry that makes and sells are lots and lots of products out there to spray on, devices that make noise, motion, light or spray water upon sensing motion of marauding voracious wildlife. You can try any or all of them and you may have limited success. Limited success may be all that you need.
Check with a LOCAL nursery.... they will be able to tell you what plants to put out that the deer won't eat
Spray around with coyote urine. It will repel deer and rabbits. You can get it on Amazon.
