Just give it a good clean -actually it looks fine - and get one or some fun outdoor rugs. They’re now very

Look into rubber pavers, they come in all colors and textures. They have them at Home Depot and Lowe’s and online.
Sand it clean then oil, stain, or paint it. It will look like new.
I've seen worse...but if you must, take out the wood, fill space with backer rod and top off with self leveling sealer. Don't skimp on the prep work. clean, dry etc.
Pull it out and fill with sand...pour it on top and sweep it into the cracks
Still would be a solution!
