Look like weeds ?
Not quite sure, but it's poison ivy or sumac The size of the leaves, and the pattern in which the grow, it could be poison oak. Poison oak has three large leaves, poison sumac has seven leaves to a stem. Pick it out with gloves, and take it to a nursery to identify it.

Not positive but they look like the spring leaves of a Shasta Daisy plant. They don't flower until beginning/mid summer.
