Go up. Tall bookcases filled with clear boxes and jars of your goodies.
Tall panel of pegboard. Before hanging, glue a couple of 1/2”-3/4 shims to the back of the pegboard so there’s room to put the pegs in. The pegboard can hold baskets, hang scissors, etc.

If there’s a Container store nearby, that’s agreat place to get ideas. To. Maximize space, don’t forget the walls can hold cabinets, as can closets. Look for things that can do double duty. Another resource for ideas is magazines e.g. Simple.

CONSIDER A WOOD SHELF ON ALL WALLS, JUST AS HIGH AS YOU CAN SAFELY REACH. THERE IS SPACE BETWEEN INTERIOR WALLS YOU CAN
USE IF YOU REMOVE THE DRYWALL OR PLASTER FROM THAT AREA.
DECIDE IF THERE IS AN UNUSED CLOSET ETC IN AN ADJOINING ROOM
THAT CAN BE USED BY REMOVING PART OF THE WALL.
Shelves on a wall from floor to ceiling will hold everything.
