I have 2 azaleas with no leaves- does that mean they are dead?

    Not necessarily. If they made it through a rough winter they may just need some TLC this spring. Water with Miracle Gro and keep an eye on them. Lots of luck!

    If it is spring where you live and there are no leaves, it is more than likely dead. Cut the dead limbs way back and see what happens.
