use a spray fabric paint after thoroughly cleaning cushions.
It looks to me as if the fabric is stained. I don't think dying this fabric or painting it will work. the cushions are fairly small, why not look into replacing them?
For the time and energy of painting it, I would make a slip cover, that way you can take it off and wash it.
I bought fabric at Wal-Mart .sew them by hand s machine is broke .I can take them off and wash them .I use the quilted fabric .turn out great .
Slip covers would be the way to go. If you don't sew, wrap them in fabric like you would a gift and use safety pins underneath to hold it in place.
I bought (@ 2nd hand store) for $3.00 the covers for body pillows to cover mine..works great...
I can sew but just couldn't face the job of doing it. So I wrapped these four cushions in $3 each fleece blankets (small ones) I basted them in back. They should last a couple of years and then I can just un baste and launder. If I had had enough T pins I would have used them!
