Looks like it could use some more sun and water. Best way to tell is to pull it. If it's got black mushy roots, then it was overwatered. Cut the bad roots out and repot. It appears as though it hasn't had enough water though. It may be root bound. Either way, pull it out, check the roots out, repot
Water bromeliads in the top cup or tank not always the roots. That water in the cups (the cup near the bloom) needs to be changed so the plant gets fresh water. Most bromeliads like indirect sunlight (in their natural enviroment they thrive under jungle canopies). Did it shoot of a pup (a baby bromeliad)? If it did very carefully separate the pup from the main plant. And start that plant.

The proper care for a bromeliad in a pot with drainage holes, water with tepid water in the flower and the soil, never as with any plants allow to sit in water, you can try to repot it,but trying to get it to re flower is not always a success. You need a pup off the mother plant to try to grow another plant.I have yet to accomplish this and am a avid gardener with years of experience
Awe hopefully you can save it 🤞
