get some odoban at any hardware .it eliminates odors

I use Odo-Ban to remove odors of any type. It is available at Home Depot. It not only removes odors but kills germs, including mrsa. I use it to mop tile floors, also.

Try ammonia mixed with water. 1/2 cup in washer also gets rid of musty odor in clothes.

sacrifice the foam/plastic underlay. You should see what is going on underneath.

remove it, at one point it must have gotten wet.The odor will not go away, damp rid is not for that....that is to remove stale air odor, vinegar is the best option, however it sounds like it has permeated

Yes. We just mopped it with pine sol...now all I smell is pine sol!! All doors and windows open to air out!
