Chipmunks run across my drive from bush to bush. I have not used mulch in 3 years to keep them away. They are beginning to get active again. I would like to discourage their presence in my drive way and keep them out of my garage.

Chipmunks, like all other animals hate the smell of Pine Sol. Put Pine Sol in a squeeze bottle, 2/3's Pine Sol, 1/3 water and squeeze this around the areas where the chipmunks are. The pine oil in Pine Sol lasts through several rains. Some people have complained that Pine Sol isn't as strong as it used to be. Amazon sells a liquid pine tar that you can add to your Pine Sol/water mixture. We put this around our drive way, carport, edges of our yard & in and on our garbage cans. It keeps away animal pests for sure!!
