Any climber will have lots of blooms if you treat it right. Jasmine is a prolific bloomer, but short lived. Roses last longer, but can become leggy. And just remember, with your blooms comes all the creatures that are attracted to blooms. Good luck.

What would work in Georgia won't work in Arizona. In what growing zone do you live??

Where do you live? How much sun? Clematis is great- a million colors and kinds; pretty well-behaved. Maybe hyacinth bean vine. Check out natives for your area...passion flower, red honeysuckle or cross-vine, etc.... I'd stay away from wisteria- too aggressive for a small area, needs height and strong, 4x4 or metal pipe trellis to support.
