If your grill is kept outside, I'd clean the utensils, dry well, wrap in heavy plastic and lay them on the clean grid in the grill. You'll always know where they are. Providing the grill doesn't leak they should be fine.
I store mine inside the barbeque itself.
Hello Fiona. We store our barbecue utensils on a pegboard that we have hung in our garage. If you don’t have a garage, you can hang a pegboard almost anywhere — in a shed or even in a closet. If that is not available to you, my second choice would be to store them in a large plastic tote kept where other seasonal items are kept. Good luck!
