There have been a couple other people talking about problems with Behr on decking. I would definitely talk to the people where you purchased it.
The cause of the problem could be due to how the surface was inadequately prepared before application, timing in application stages, air temperature, humidity level, or improper tools.
I agree with others who have said try to get some answers from Behr. As Behr products are generally high rated, and are not cheap, I would be interested in knowing what their response is.
