Those doors don't look squared to me, you should be able to adjust the hinges inside. Then if what is bugging you is that gap between the soffit and the cabinet, I would just use a fine bead of white silicon caulk and run a wet finger over it lightly. If it shows cause its too white, you can use your off-white paint over the caulk. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AeR8bAgbAUg
How big are the gaps? Would crown molding work?
Agree with Sharon, additionally the gap between the doors may not be closed by adjusting the hinges so you may want to attach a painted strip of wood to the inside edge of the wood that runs horizontally along the upper and lower front edges of the cabinet.
timber or plastic Beading.........
I agree with Sharon. Doors need to be adjusted. Tops of doors should be straight across horizontally and plumb to the cabinet opening. The gap is so small and no room for molding. A bead of caulk will fill it in. Hopefully you only have 18" from the countertop to the bottom of the cabinets and not more. Otherwise whoever installed the cabinets should have installed a wood filler strip on the soffit (bulkhead) before installing the cabinets. Then there would be room for decorative or crown molding. 18" space is basically a standard between the counter and cabinet bottom. Allows enough room for appliances and work surface.
