Peace Lily's take a lot of water. water when the leaves begin to go limp .
either too dry, or rotted because too wet! https://www.southernliving.com/home-garden/gardens/perfect-houseplant
Peace lilies like to be damp but they don't like their feet standing in water. They also aren't for sunlight, preferring bright light in a covered or shaded area. While beautiful, they can be temperamental. Good luck.
Unless the soil it wet, I would say it needs water. Once you water it they leaves should perk right up.
