In what way do you want to makeover your park model? Do you want to go so far as to paint it or just add some colorful plants?
Under the deck you can put lattice or vertical boards with triangles cut out. Paint it the same color as yourdeck floor. If you can bring your sidewalk away from the deck do so and place plantings on the ground between deck and add slight curve to sidewalk for interest. I would go with a couple of dwarf bushes dark green, large hostas and coral bells. Add downward lights off deck pillars to light the plantings. And low solar lights to the right of the sidewalk. Add a flag near your entrance, change your storm door to something more substantial if possible. Maybe black shutters for the windows, flower boxes or climbing flowering vines up the pillars and across the rails for color. Or flower boxes under Windows with red geraniums and combine with herbs, rosemary, basil, thyme for example. To balance if at all possible add thick trim along your roofline.
I would contact the association as they probably have rules as to what color it can be painted.
Paint your mobile home in two colors that are different from your neighbors’. Use paint that reflects the sun to help with summer’s heat. Underpin your home from the deck to the ground, leaving a moveable section for getting under the trailer for repairs. Not only will you keep animals from under the house, but you will help protect the pipes from freezing in winter’s cold. ☺️
