Habitat for Humanity Restore often has bed rails if there is one in your area.
could someone make them out of boards ? I think years ago they were boards and the one's in the middle were boards .Good luck .
Maybe a standard bed frame would work and just attach the headboard to it. If you use parts of two frames you could also attach the foot board.
